The moment you eat something that makes you go yum, you end up feeling guilty as soon as you gulp it down your throat. This is common. Maintaining a healthy figure and not adding calories is what gets us worried. So we end up eating healthy food. And many a times healthy food is not yum and yum food is not healthy. Why? It is something beyond our thinking maybe. But what if you could eat healthy food and go yum? Yes, that is possible!

Now we all know that eggs make your cholesterol level jump up and could also lead to heart diseases in the future. But then an egg a day has its own benefits. Eggs if consumed for breakfast will keep you active throughout the day. It is the powerhouse of nutrients. Eggs are highly rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It is a tonic for the hair, eyes and brain. Did you know that yolk is the healthiest part of the egg? Ever thought coffee would be healthy? Coffee is like a rich spoil brat. It has a high and non stopping demand but then people still love it even knowing that it causes heart diseases. But it does have some other health benefits as well. A cup of coffee in a day will lower your chances of having diabetes, cancer and depression as it is rich in antioxidants.

Peanut butter is loaded with calories and it is yum. But peanut butter is also a powerhouse of nutrients, fiber, proteins, Vitamin E and potassium. It is said that peanut also lowers the risk of having any heart problems, cholesterol and chronic problems. Also chocolate is considered to be healthy. Yes, it comes will health benefits. They are rich in antioxidants therefore they increase the blood vessels flow. Also it reduces the risk of having any cardio problems, strokes or diabetes or high blood pressure. Just make sure that you eat one square of the chocolate instead of the whole bar.

Wine also has health benefits. In fact red wine is good for health. It protects you from any heart diseases, avoid increase in cholesterol or any artery damage. Also it has good load of antioxidants. So make yourself a glass of wine and keep it to a limit.
